Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. The artwork is designed by vegan artists and then printed using non-animal inks.

How long will it take for me to get my item?

Do you ship South-Africa wide?
Yes, we ship throughout South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world-wide.
Who pays the import duties for the items I ordered?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vegan Sisters Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Do you accept returns?
We issue refunds on a case-to-case basis. You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Read our full Return & Refund Policy here.
What do I do if my order is defective?

Can I get a refund?
We issue refunds on a case-to-case basis. You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Where are your products made?
The garments are manufactured in Durban, South Africa.
Are your products ethically produced?
Yes. The garments are ethically produced by a local seamstress to promote transparency within the production chain. This ensures good working conditions, and a living wage for those producing the garments, and supports the local manufacturing industry.
Who designs your artwork?
We partner with local vegan artists to create the wearable artwork.
Are you a sustainable business?
We are not a completely sustainable business, but sustainability is a focus. Our most recent T-shirt was created from recycled fabric – three plastic bottles were recycled to make each T-shirt. The recycled fabric is locally manufactured, diverting waste from landfill and once again supports the South African manufacturing industry. We’re working hard to introduce organic cotton to our range, as it has much less environmental impact. Local production of our products also reduces the carbon footprint, eliminating the need to transport the garments from overseas. Overproduction is a huge problem within the fashion industry, so each piece is produced in small amounts to avoid excessive production waste.
Are you vegan owned & operated?
Yes, Vegan Sisters Apparel is run by two vegan sisters.
What are your products made from?
100% cotton or recycled fabric. We aim to introduce organic cotton to the range shortly.
